Quinta 3B
Quinta 3B (1 acre) is a quinta about half the size of Quinta 3 and is for the more
budget conscious. It offers the same great views as Quinta 3 and has a building
site suitable for a small to medium house. It has its private car access independent
from Quinta 3. The house can be built at the highest point of the quinta close to
the southern boundary (boundary with Q3). The area in front of the house is semi-flat
and suitable for gardens.
North of Q3B is a small road giving access to Q3C and then further to a small spring
and finally to the western boundary of the Uchima property. This road, which
is currently a trail (see blue dotted line on map below), is and will remain totally
invisible from Q3B.
Note that the boundary between Q3 and Q3B is in the middle of a steep bank. In other
words Q3 and Q3B are on 2 flat benches at different levels. This provides a natural
barrier. In addition, there is a building restriction on Q3 stating that no building
can be erected close to the boundary with Q3B on the eastern side of the quinta.
This way, both lots enjoy total privacy.
